Samglur most famous BBQ

Back in the day, since first time home backyard BBQ happend till today who would have thought there were many people enjoyed our secret recipe that much. Samglur get started becuase of classmates gathering to bring out good food to people. We didn't think about making numerous money from it only just enough to add a little extra to our pocket for buying sort of stuffs that our parents tend to finding objection toward it LOL.

It’s for fun! Cleary the best part of working hard is good experiences with ours homie, sweat and drained worth memories we all shared.

2 years ago, we had a chance to joining “RHYTHM OF THE EARTH” World Bar-B-Q champion 2013; an music&food event held by Singha corporation. Many famous restaurants in Bangkok gathered pop-up booth selling theirs specialties. Same as we did, due to the all walked by customers and guest committee. Samglur won 1 place Bar-B-Q champion.

Look at the shiny glazed BBQ sauce on it! This picture has killed many many people who manages to control thier dietery. Well .. it couldn't helped that we grilled it so perfectly; cristpy on the grill with smoky flavour, yet moist and tender which easily twist the bone off without falling apart. We can't reveal our secret when it comes to our sauce. Suffice to say it isn't like no other both fancy instant bottles and strong tomato chunky taste like.
